• ​Client and Organizational Consulting: Whether you're a service provider, therapist, or organization working with families of children with special needs, partner with I'm-Possible Services to enhance your offerings. Our consulting helps you better understand and meet the needs of your clients or members

• Educational Workshops. Bring our expertise directly to your organization or community through customized workshops. Covering topics such as effective communication, inclusive practices, and supporting families of children with special needs, these sessions are designed to inform, inspire, and empower.​

• Accessibility Guidance: Ensure your organization is welcoming and inclusive to individuals with special needs. From physical accommodations to communication strategies, we'll help you create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

 

 Independent Brokerage Services:

 

•  Self- Direction Start-up / Support Independent Broker: As an Authorized OPWDD Broker I provide participants and their families on self-directed services and provide guidance to help them step into their independence. I assist in developing and managing your self-directed budget, writing a habilitation plan, and arranging planning team meetings. Self-Direction allows each person to direct and manage their support and services in an empowering way.
